Most items ordered online can be shipped within 2 days. We will notify you if an item is out of stock or will be delayed which doesn't happen often.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will give a refund on all un-cut items with a 10% re-stocking fee. Simply call the store, should your item be unsatisfactory. Cut products such as yardage and trims may be returned with a 25% re-stocking fee and for store credit only.
